Hassan Afnakkar, 3615 Señor

École d'été #3, L’art et la vie confondus : Art total et bricolage
Exposition

The Summer School—a program of encounters designed for artists and art professionals, but not only—explores polymorphous practices that slip into everyday life. In resonance with the exhibition Bric-à-brac, the Summer School will address the concept of the total artwork with philosopher Hassan Afnakkar, and offer a hands-on workshop on tinkering and the détournement of everyday objects through a bending session led by 3615 Señor. On this occasion, discover the Mobilo, the mobile extension of the exhibition Bac à sable #3!

Workshop: Hacking Musical Greeting Cards, led by 3615 Señor
Circuit bending means opening an existing electronic circuit and seeing how to intervene—by adding buttons, potentiometers, light sensors, or simply using your fingers… 3615 Señor invites you to open musical greeting cards and transform their tunes into strange, buzzing new sounds. You’ll go home with a small experimental synth to brighten your evenings—until the batteries run out!
